When will my order be delivered?

Where can I have my order delivered?

We deliver your order to a location of your choice. This can be at an address on Bonaire or Curaçao or at a port in The Netherlands. We charge transportation costs for transporting goods to Bonaire or Curaçao. Would you like to know more about these costs? Please contact us.


Where can I pick up my order?

Picking up your order at our sales office is possible. Please contact us, we will be happy to help.


Do my items have warranty?

Many factors contribute to whether an item still has warranty. In order to inform you as well as possible, it is best to contact us with questions about the warranty on an item. Warranty conditions are listed in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery.


How can I return an item?

We charge additional fees for returning an item. Please contact our sales office for all possible options.

Placing an order can be done at our sales office, by phone or by mail. Our consultant is ready to assist you with an order.

What payment options are available?

To pay an invoice, you can only pay via bank transfer. We do not accept cash payments at our sales office.


Where can I find my invoice?

After delivery of the item, you will receive an email with your invoice in your inbox. You will always receive the invoice digitally to the email address you provided. There is also the possibility to have your invoice printed. Please contact us for this.
